DEADLINE TO ENTER AND PAY YOUR ENTRY FEE IS MAY 28TH  AT MIDNIGHT. WE WILL START ON SCHEDULES FRIDAY MORNING MAY 30TH  AND ANYONE THAT HAS NOT PAID YOUR ENTRY FEE WILL BE REMOVED BEFORE SCHEDULES ARE DONE. 

THERE'S NO 5 MINUTE RULE MEANING YOU CAN START A NEW INNGING WITH LESS THAN 5 MINUTES TO GO. IF A UMPIRE TRIES TO SAY DIFFERENT CONTACT A DIRECTOR ASAP.

EACH TEAM GETS 3 COACHES PASSES. YOU NEED TO CHECK IN AT LEAST 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR 1ST GAME TO GET COACHES PASSES.

PITCHER'S ARE ALLOWED 8 INNGINGS ANYWAY YOU CHOOSE TO USE THEM.

GATE FEE IS $10 ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY AND $5 ON SUNDAY

Important Rule Changes for 2026

  • Teams are no longer allowed to add a guest player from a higher classification. Guest players must be from the same classification or an equal one of a lower age group 
  • AAA teams who play up must play AA or higher. Only exception is for 8AAA
  • All bats used in ages 7-13 must have a USSSA or USA stamp 
  • Black Emerald bat is banned in all Grand Slam events 
  • Pitchers who reach their 6 inning max in a day are not eligible to pitch the next day. (7 innings for 13U-15U)
  • Only 1 player to player conference is allowed each inning

The link to these rules are posted each week in your event info. Not knowing them will be no excuse for breaking the rules. Please check them weekly to see if things have been added or edited.
