MAKE SURE YOUR TENT IS LABELED WITH YOUR TEAM NAME SOMEHOW

What you can do

Tents can be set up in any open area behind the outfield fences, there is not enough room to set up fences in the viewing area, n

It does not matter what time you set up,  we will be judging all tents between 10 am & 5 pm.

As long as you leave your tent up for the two pool play games you are playing, it will get seen.

What not to do

Do not set up on any walkway. Any tent set up on a walkway will be moved.

Do not set up and block any access to dugouts.

Do not set up on the fences to the fields. This area is reserved for people to sit & watch their team play.

MAKE SURE YOUR TENT IS LABELED WITH YOUR TEAM NAME SOMEHOW

We encourage you to go all out...take lots of pictures and give out lots of candy!

Let us know if you have any questions.

Grand Slam has a no tolerance conduct policy. It's real simple, we expect people to not cross the line.

If you cuss at a player, coach, fan, umpire, staff etc...you're gone for the event.

If you make a threat toward a player, coach, fan, umpire, staff etc, you will be banned from attending Grand Slam events.

If we have to remove a fan from the complex due to conduct, the head coach will also be ejected from that game. No exceptions.

  • Gate fee is $12/per person ages 13 & up
  • Entry fees need to be paid before no later than the start of your 2nd pool play game.
  • All formats are 2 pool games into double elimination. Pool games can end in a tie.
  • Seeding is done by  Head to head when applicable, Runs allowed, Run differential, Runs scored, Coin Flip
  • In Grand Slam, a team can only get a max credit of 10 runs scored in a game & a max of a 7 run differential. For example, if you win a game 12-2...your runs scored will show as 10 & your RD will show as 7

  • If all teams have not completed 1 bracket game, awards will go to the 2 highest seeds after pool play.
  • In the championship game, 1st place will go to the team that was winning when the last full inning was completed.
