Pearl Fields Are Closed
The City of Pearl informed us today that they are closing all parks for the weekend.
Therefore, we regret to inform you that the 9A, 9AA, 10A, & 13AA divisions have been canceled.
We reached out to other are parks & tried all we could do but had no luck.
We are very sorry, we were prepared to move forward with the event but we must respect their decision.

8U time limit is 50 minutes
9U-12U time limits are 1:10

The schedules have been pulled until a final decision has been made on the event.
Through discussions with each park director, we have decided to wait until Friday at 12:00 to make a final call.
The good news is that after yesterday's weather, the forecast for the daytime Saturday has turned in our favor.
The bad news is that there is still the potential for severe weather sometime Saturday evening. The timeline on that is still up in the air.
Here is where we are leaning if the forecast doesn't change...
Coach pitch divisions will play Saturday & finish.
Divisions with 3 teams will play Saturday & finish.
All other divisions will play their 2 pool games only.
Our objective will be to make sure everyone is out of the park by 4:00-5:00. We must lean on the side of caution.
We will then come back Sunday at 1:00 to finish the brackets.
If the timeline changes & shows that the severe weather will be later into Saturday night, we will proceed as scheduled.
There is no perfect scenario for everyone. We can't control the weather. What we can control is the decision to make sure everyone's safety is top priority.
So please show patience until we make that final call based on the forecast tomorrow at 12:00 p.m.
